Innovation strategy, User-centered design, natural user interfaces, fusing business and design to create amazing experiences.... these are things I dream about. They are a passion and obsession.
I am a systems designer, and an experience creator. I look at things holistically from end to end. I have been directly responsible for innovation strategies and product design breakthrough's for various Seattle companies including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Arris and Porch. I also work as a mentor, teaching design and innovation thinking across organizations who typically do not or have not embraced the benefits of design.
