Wyndham engaged Acxiom Account, Strategy, Production and Creative services to create web pages and over 60 unique versions of emails to encourage Rewards members to resister and book stays throughout the summer season. An automated engine released the campaigns in response to customer actions with timing, touchpoints and sequence determined by Acxiom. The results were overwhelming, including 187% increase in email marketing revenue, 8.2% lift in open rates, 27% boost in click-to-delivered rate and 43% more promotion registration rates. The highest engagement metrics Wyndham had ever seen.
