By Christmas 2012, over 50% of email opens were going to be on mobile devices—leading marketers across the board scrambling to ensure the optimal experience for all of their users. Beauty giant L'Oreal enlisted our creative services for help. So we designed a gorgeous email with a responsive design, meaning that elements of email could stack, shift and hide depending on where a user opened it. The result? Whether a customer viewed the email on a desktop or a small screen in the palm of her hand, all of the text was clear, readable (no pinching or zooming!) and utterly seamless.
