This is achieved by listening, defining those objectives and then delivering a single, consistent quality standard globally. The website launches a new brand together with the 'Sustainable Solutions' concept, providing a customer-first philosophy and utilises technology to deliver the same ethos. Consequently, the creative use of Live Chat, mega-menu navigation, a dynamic tag cloud, and media rich content provide a stylised site which differentiates our approach from the outset. There are no service-related images, favouring international end-user conceptual shots to encourage the visitor to aspire to the support OCS is able to provide. The website is built on a .NET framework and is powered by a bespoke CMS with full editing facilities to maintain a vibrant, current site and is fully search engine optimised, extending the reach of the website. The key is for visitors to receive the ‘it’s all about you’ message as opposed to OCS trying to ‘sell them services’; it is innovative in this industry and has already created a positive impact on our clients and prospective customers. The narrative is aimed at being significantly more friendly and informal than previous sites and provides a series of calls to action to ‘talk to us’.
