The "Bank and Deposit On The Go" campaign launched in August 2012 to raise awareness about Golden 1's Mobile Banking app. The newly-released app not only allowed credit union members to check their balances, perform transfers, and pay their bills from their iPhone or Android device, but also deposit checks electronically. The primary objective of this campaign was to increase Mobile Banking users. The target audience was consumers aged 25 – 54 in the communities served by the credit union, including San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno, and Santa Barbara markets.
