Facilis develops and disseminates a series of monthly emails customized to each customer’s company and individual sales representatives. Facilis customers are promotional products distributors across North America. These emails highlight seasonal promotional themes and are designed to generate top-of-mind awareness for Facilis partners.
The 2012 “Will you say thanks” campaign featured an integrated email-to-landing-page approach that was intended to induce the target audience to order promotional products as reward, retention and recognition gifts.
Engaging with customers and prospective customers takes more than just promotional messages. It’s about adding layers of interactive potential by adding value – by providing them with useful information to better support their promotional goals. The “Will you say thanks” campaign was therefore designed to click through to special landing pages to deliver content that informs, educates and engages.
The campaign included the following elements:
1. Personalized and highly graphical email that promotes the “Will you say thanks” theme. The emails are designed to catch the eye, promote a memorable message and drive traffic to the distributor’s website.
2. Direct link to a special landing page that relates to the email theme and includes a variety of both promotional and educational information designed to further engage the reader.
3. Quick links to featured product pages on a distributor’s website related to the overall campaign theme.
4. Easy access to multiple personal contact options to make proactive connection with the distributor fast and intuitive.
