Best Legal Social Media Campaign

Siskinds LLP commenced a class action lawsuit against one of Canada's largest pharmaceutical companies for two birth control contraceptives that were receiving reports of serious side effects by Canadian women.

tbk Creative was hired as the law firm's social media marketing agency. tbk Creative proposed a Facebook campaign called Take Your Body Back. This creative took the focus off the trial and put the spotlight on empowering the 18-35 year old Canadian woman to get in the K-NO-W potentially harmful side effects of this oral contraceptive and to gain more information about the class action.

A little over one year later, the campaign has received national media coverage, exceeded client success targets by 380%, a committed and loyal community has been built, and the campaign continues to grow in strength daily.
