As Oregon's largest natural gas provider, NW Natural must address the needs of a very wide demographic. Accessibility is vital not only for maintaining their great customer service reputation, but to please regulating authorities as well.
As such, the newsletter needed to display accurately even on antiquated platforms. But analytic data also showed significant adoption of mobile and tablet devices among their audience.
We built a template with the flexibility to adjust to varying content, while maintaining a consistent brand look. Behind the scenes, things got really nifty. Robust tracking capabilities using Campaign Monitor enable us to test and refine content and subject lines to learn what users want.
The new setup makes it easier to create and test with consistency, while gathering rich analytic data in a digestible form.
