The Sanofi US Diabetes Division believes by engaging with the Diabetes Online Community (DOC) via social channels, they will be better positioned to identify insights around the unmet wants and needs of people living with diabetes. This, in turn, may inform and/or transform business decisions to enable the Division to deliver more relevant offerings — with the goal of improving the customer’s health care experience. -The Discuss Diabetes blog provides the Sanofi US Diabetes Division a channel to share information about company/division activities, spotlight members of the diabetes community, share educational information, and engage in dialog via reader comments.
Sanofi US Diabetes Facebook Page
-The Sanofi US Diabetes Facebook page provides a channel where the Division can share information about recent blog posts, upload photos and videos that provide value to the community, and engage in two-way dialogs with member of the diabetes community via the Facebook wall
@Diabetes_Sanofi Twitter Handle
-The Diabetes_Sanofi Twitter handle is used to engage directly with members of the DOC via both public and private messaging about upcoming events, company and business unit announcements, and online activities that impact the community.
