Xerox is an iconic company, long synonymous with copiers and printers, but one whose core business has evolved over the years to focus on document management and business processes and services. To highlight the functions Xerox handles for thousands of companies around the world, we’ve created a twist on the classic case study campaign by imagining how some of their customers would perform these services themselves, in the process keeping them from focusing on what they do best. Using iconic representations of these companies, from Mr Met to Mr Clean, a Marriott bellhop to a Ducati test rider, we see document management, IT, Finance & Accounting, and HR processes all being handled in a humorously less-than-ideal manner, when it would be more efficient to leave these jobs to Xerox.
