The release of the Sports Illustrated (SI) iPad App gave us the perfect opportunity to engage our target’s influencers with a unique brand experience and demonstrate how G Series can help improve athletic potential. The iPad’s touch screen interface allows players to flick the football down the field with the same finger motions used to play the original tabletop game. Users wait for the arrow to align with the field goal, then tap to flick the football through the uprights. Positive reaction to Flick Football inspired the release of another G Series iPad game: Shot Clock Shootout.
