Best Consumer Goods Online Ad

Aimed primarily at women age 25-54, this ad promoted the idea of “getting fresh with a friend,” which is an offer that lets you send a free package of Cottonelle Flushable Moist Wipes to a friend, and get a free package for yourself, too – no strings attached. Copy reinforced the idea that one person tells another, who tells another, who tells another. The insight was that once people try Flushable Moist Wipes, they tend to like them and use them regularly, but getting them to try them for the first time is the challenge. That’s why we enlisted people to send free samples to their friends while getting a free pack for themselves. The objective of the ad was simply to get as many people to send and receive samples as possible.
