Making a case for Avaya IP Office
One constant in the business communications system consideration process is convincing decision-makers that an investment is worth it. Avaya needs an engaging way to help IT managers justify a possible investment to themselves and their colleagues.
Avaya’s IP Office system is one of the top industry solutions for small business communications, and has the features to be a major upgrade in functionality and management for many small businesses.
Objectives
• Increase consideration of and preference for Avaya’s solution through personalized savings projections
• Create extended engagement with product attributes
• Help IT managers justify investment in an Avaya IP Office system to colleagues and superiors
Approach
To facilitate an extended meaningful engagement while increasing consideration and preference, we took a rough internal sales cheat sheet and expanded it into a fully featured, interactive, self-service customer tool. The tool balances a high level of customer personalization with enough brevity to ensure customers complete the tool questionaire and timely messaging around customer features. Detailed PDF results customized to the company and industry were also generated, helping facilitate decision-making conversations and driving purchases.
Campaign Results
