The Home Depot is committed to recruiting and hiring a diverse audience. To support this during their seasonal hiring in the spring of 2010, we created an integrated web page and web banner campaign for the Black America Web site. The campaign consisted of a landing page, web banners as well as co-branded media/Home Depot web banners. Results: 5467 clicks, 242 job applications for a cost per click of $7.32 and cost per application of $165.29 and 4.43% conversion rate.
