Drive brand engagement and loyalty by providing an engaging travel experience that taps into the collective knowledge and experiences of InterContinental Concierge Teams by leveraging the features/form of the iPad. Goals: 1) Provide an experience that touches on the core values that Intercontinental guest care most about – connectedness, enrichment, self knowledge, enjoyment 2) Assist consumers through their travel modes - prepare, orient, acclimate, immerse and reflect - as they explore new locations and destinations. 3) Showcase location aware targeting capabilities, destination-specific concierge videos packed with useful insider information not normally found in travel guide books, interactive maps of concierge recommended shops, restaurants and local attractions; suggested itineraries and insider tips for a concierge's perfect day for each location. Results: 1) 4 Star iTunes Rating 2) Achieved #10 overall ranking in Travel related iPad apps 3) Average time per user session is 9 minutes, 25 seconds
