This online financial planning guide was designed by IQ to speak directly to the needs of Wells Fargo female customers. In the initial stages of solution development, the IQ strategy team was heavily involved to define the user and messaging needs of the various personas represented within the experience.
The site features high resolution video of real women — and covers topics like planning for college, helping family, and being an entrepreneur. Each video segment contains a relevant financial tool: a college savings calculator, a retirement needs estimator, and a business retirement plan. The survey tool let’s you see how your situation compares with other women.
The result was one of the first online financial planning tools that provides relevant information for women in a design and tone that is perfectly suited for the audience.
