The SAGIA website was created to serve the needs of potential investors and business owners who are looking for attractive investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia. The website’s role is to showcase Saudi Arabia to the business world, challenging long held beliefs by demonstrating how far the Kingdom has come in creating a pro-business environment, breaking through bureaucracy and investing in state-of-the-art infrastructure. SAGIA is the driving force behind much of the change in the Kingdom, and we wanted to bring the tremendous progress made in a matter of years to life, using a blend of inspiring flash content, HTML and a series of ‘power features’ and investor tools designed to provide site visitors with the facts they need to make informed investment decisions. Power features include interactive maps (to show the location of major cities, public services and transport links), a Business Centre Wizard (showing the stages of investing and setting up a business in Saudi), information comparison charts and pre-packaged information downloads (SAGIA packs). Potential investors can discover more about the Kingdom on a macro level by looking at comparison charts or checking on the availability of government support for their investment. Alternatively, they can delve deep into a particular sector to see where Saudi Arabia’s natural and man-made competitive advantages have benefited other companies who have invested here.
