This email marketing campaign was targeted to both trial subscribers and paid subscribers of Sylvan Math Prep, a new service provided by Sylvan learning that launched in the fall of 2009. The content was written and presented as if crafted by and sent from a local Sylvan Learning center employee. Messaging focuses on benefits of Sylvan Math Prep, and provides subscription or renewal calls-to-action (based on subscription status). Local center information was also included. Dynamic content insertion was used to supply local address and employee details, phone numbers, links to local websites and information, and relevant customer details.
