Best Real Estate Email Message Campaign

Irvine Company Apartment Communities’ (ICAC) Prospect Email Program (PEP) is designed as an ongoing email campaign targeted to current prospects who visit one or more of our apartment communities. The campaign begins one day after a prospect visits a community, and continues every 5th day for 45 days (since the majority of our prospects rent within 45 days of their first visit) or until a prospect signs a lease. PEP messages include: Thank You for Visiting: Highlights reasons to choose ICAC, including our satisfaction guarantee and exclusive discounts on moving and storage companies. Specials: Highlights available offers on select communities in the area. Location: Reinforces the fact that our communities are close to work, recreational areas and retail centers for an enhanced quality of life. Vacation: Highlights our amenities such as resort-styled pools, spacious clubrooms and fitness centers. $225 Offer: Provides an additional incentive to re-visit the community. Simplify: Introduces the prospects to ways we can help their rental living experience - online maintenance requests, resident discounts, etc. Customer Care: Informs of our dedicated customer care manager to assist in residents’ needs and concerns. Expert Advice: Offers apartment search assistance from our housing specialists. Finally, a targeted Thank You email is triggered once a hold deposit is placed on an apartment. Once a resident moves into an apartment home, a separate email campaign is triggered called the Resident Email Program.
