This a second round campaign used to continue to remind the job hunting audience in Budapest, Hungary that BP was a new employer and that they offer careers that you can shape to fit your life and needs. The notion of a career the an individual could shape was novel to the audience and the BP attracted the talent pool that they needed to keep their new Business Service Centre staffed.
