Airgun pellets are made of lead or lead alloy and can be easily damaged. Before we created our unique packaging, pellets could be deformed, chipped or scattered during shipping. With our new packaging, it's virtually impossible for any pellet tin or box to pop open or for pellets to become damaged. While it costs us extra to pack pellets this way, it's saved us more money because we don't have to send replacement pellets. Customer satisfaction has increased because everything arrives undamaged. This video is aimed at our customer base, which is 95% male and runs the full gamut of ages.
