Best Legal Integrated Ad Campaign

The I Hate Ike Campaign targeted victims of Hurricane Ike along the Gulf Coast. Within days of the storm, BCA Marketing had a website up and running complete with an online seminar and tips for homeowners on how to wade through the muddy waters of insurance claims and working with contractors. The campaign was designed to direct consumers to www.ihateike.com where they could ask questions of BCA attorneys (live on-line) as well as download documents, share their experiences and photos with others in the community and get information about local town hall meetings in which BCA attorneys could assist them one-on-one. The banner ads were run (among other sites) atop of www.southeasttexas.com, a regional website that offers residents everything from real estate listings to classified ads. A Pay-Per-Click campaign was incorporated as well. BCA Marketing supplemented the campaign with TV spots, billboards, yard signs, and other offline mediums to encourage consumers to visit www.ihateike.com. The ultimate goal of the campaign was to acquire new cases though positioning BCA Attorneys as local experts in the legal aspects of insurance adjusting and build personal relationships with those consumers whose property was damaged by Hurricane Ike. Through these marketing efforts, BCA has been able to retain over 100 cases related to insurance adjusting (eg. Bad faith claims, denied or underpaid claims, etc.). The campaign ranks as among the most successful in the 6 year history of the firm.
