The main focus of Bright Spots, our quarterly Customer newsletter, is on consumer advocacy. The purpose of the newsletter is to provide educational and informative articles that allow our Customers to grow in knowledge, understanding and appreciation for saving. This communication is written with our Customers in mind. We make every effort to focus on issues that are relevant to the Customer and always strive to maintain that advocacy positioning. Within each issue, we highlight money savings tips, new products and features, promotions, current economic events, and community service activities and we deliver these messages in a light, fun, easy-to-read format. The newsletter is sent quarterly, via a interactive HTML email to all Customers with an email address on file, which currently is a over 5 million Customers.
