The email campaign’s goal is to introduce and excite Prospects about what it means to be a BMW owner. The program provides Prospects with a personal experience through a series of emails. Providing Prospects with deep content based on the vehicle series they are interested in and communicating to them throughout the course of their timeframe to purchase. Focusing on barriers to purchase, email content covers performance, safety, service, and comfort.
And importantly, this specific BMW communication has exceeded expectations in successfully transitioning Prospects through the purchase funnel, handing off qualified leads on to dealers. Results exceed 50% lead conversation.
