FedEx engaged BGT Partners to update and extend the functionality of the Intranet/Sales Portal for their Latin American sales team. The driver of this project was to support the sales force in the achievement of business goals by facilitating the unification of corporate messaging and expediting the access to key and relevant information.
The key objectives of this project included implementing a Re-Design/Development of a Content Management System which allowed FedEx to achieve:

The portals taxonomy allows the sales force to access comprehensive information in an effective manner, facilitating their performance and unifying corporate messaging across all external audiences. Since the launch of the intranet, FedEx has been able to enhance the communication process with the sales force while simultaneously engaging in a better dialogue with stakeholders.
