A rich-media banner ad built to recruit professionals into Boeing Commercial Airplanes. To create excitement at the possibility of working on the most popular and relied-upon commercial aircraft in the world. We wanted to focus on the planes themselves and offer the opportunity to actually build them. So we created an interactive quiz to engage the user while showing them some of Boeing's most famous planes. We drew particular attention to Boeing's new, very exciting and much anticipated 787 Dreamliner. Finally, by including actual job listings in the banner itself, we were able to make sure the Web site traffic it generated was already pre-qualified.
