The Xerox Affordable Color campaign was a 360° effort with TV, print and online advertising all leading to the Frugalcolor.com centerpiece. The online video ad units were an essential medium that drove users to this site. The strategy behind the units was to tease the users by showing abridged versions of the videos from the website. The ad units introduced the three main characters of a typical office setting, Management, Staff and IT, and showcased three entertaining and unique office situations, each which delivered two humorous solutions and the one smart, logical solution: the Xerox affordable color solution.
