During the 2022 recruiting season, CBG Building Company implemented a national integrated recruiting campaign across social media, web, print, and in-person events. The campaign’s target market was potential interns and entry level employees looking for paid positions in the construction or adjacent industries, as well as CBG employees, other industry professionals and builders, and the general public. Beginning on the week of June 20th, continuing through the summer and fall, and ending on the week of November 7th, recruiting information was promoted across channels to drive attendance of our in-person recruiting events.
