This year, in a quest to offer our users a one-click path to purchase, we brought shoppability into our interactive canvas by partnering with an industry-leading tech vendor. This ShopX Foundation Carousel unit for Smuckers’ Folgers brand blends our companies’ capabilities to create a truly one-of-a-kind offering. In this experience, we feature various Folgers coffee products, with the CTA button leading our users to select a retailer within the interactive container. This retailer list includes Target, Instacart, Walmart and Amazon, but the possibilities don’t end there. When selecting Target, users are then taken to a shopping cart of their choosing, with their items already in it, making purchasing easier! We have been able to create this unique shoppable experience across all of our platforms – Desktop, Mobile, and even CTV. While this unit is still running, preliminary performance shows statistically significant lift in Awareness, Consideration, and Preference.
