Canon knows this problem is all-too-relatable. As a result, they devised their very own subscription plan. The Canon Pixma Print Plan will analyze your ink levels in real time and order new cartridges before they run too low.

While some problems need extra interactivity to tell their message, Canon didn’t. The clear introduction of a universal pain point with an elegant, easy solution was so compelling that we could focus our interactive strategies on Canon's messaging and education, rather than supporting interactivity.

Our CTV Foundation unit did just the trick. With a 93% VCR and 52 seconds time spent, users were compelled to spend time with Canon’s story. And that – you can print.
