T-Mobile launches epic win
DYNAMIC CTA AND OFFER PLACEMENT DRIVE REMARKABLE RESULTS
THE TARGET
T-Mobile customers, in particular Samsung Galaxy owners, who are in the market for an upgrade and are considering a Samsung Galaxy smartphone during the 2022 NPI Launch. Customers included both Magenta base and Sprint Legacy.
THE CHALLENGE
In a nutshell, we were asked to drive brand preference with customers looking to upgrade their Android phone. We would need to highlight how T-Mobile is the largest 5G network with the best experience on the latest Samsung Galaxy series phones, in a 3-part email campaign. Our challenge was twofold. First, reinforcing to the base that T-Mobile is the best option for choice and value. Second, recommitting Sprint customers with better than new offers.
THE ANSWER
Testing, and lots of it. Plus, developing a story to engage and encourage customers to upgrade using their rich smartphone offers. And ultimately, employing intriguing, un-pushy CTAs and Subject Lines to create clicks and optimize full lift across all modules and touches.
