One of the most powerful ways to drive brand lift in our interactive canvas is by introducing new use cases of a given product to users. For spirit brands like SKYY Vodka, this is deceptively simple, since every new cocktail recipe is a new use case, and the clean versatility of vodka makes it a perfect addition to just about any mixer, accent, or garnish. The only question was how to get this information in front of users. In the ever-inscrutable world of mixology, it’s difficult to keep up with the latest recipes. However, in this experience, SKYY Vodka played the part of a digital bartender and helped guide users to their ideal cocktail recipe based on their favorite location, vibe, and flavor. They did so via a true[X] recommendation quiz – an interactive framework that ingests user input, and outputs a curated recommendation. This creates a powerfully personalized experience for each and every user. Recommendation quizzes are among the most powerful strategies that true[X] employs, and this unit was no different: we saw lifts of 13% in Awareness, 9% in Familiarity, and 15% in Consideration as well as an average of 3.3 interactions per user and a 97% VCR.
