In revamping their career site, that’s exactly what Spectrum did. With a new look and functionality that reflects who they are as a business, the site leverages employees to tell the EVP story through their own experiences - to attract qualified candidates across all hiring sectors. That messaging platform is infused not only into the copy, but also lives via interactive elements and eye-catching animations in the design of the site. The clean design serves to emphasize the content and branded elements, while the employee videos provide information and support the notion of the human connection. All elements of the site are designed to work together to engage and inform the candidates – and ultimately, to entice them to apply.
