TARGET AUDIENCE - Patients - those researching treatments for CINV or Post-Operative Pain or those looking for more information on a prescribed treatment. - Medical Professionals - Those who actively prescribe and influence how the products are used - Investors - as Heron is a public company and its key that when investors visit their site, they feel that they are engaging with a mature commercial stage company - BioTech/Phamra Industry Professionals - industry players who are looking to get a better understanding of what where the company is going, its pipeline and overall direction - Key Opinion Leads - of thought leaders who ideally know who Heron is but are folks that we would like to influence and inform. - Lay People - People who want to understand of all that Heron does and how they help their patient community. Goal I: o We needed to redesign the site in order to reflect the mature, commercial stage of the company and be very patient-focused in that it should also reflect the impact that Heron is making on the pharmaceutical industry and patients with cancer and pain Goal II: The Redesigned site needed to actively showcase the many sides of the company, such that users can quickly and easily engage with their area of interest while being able to grasp other aspects of the company.
