Year after year, Rise has aggressive growth goals, but 2020 posed a new dynamic: more organizations relied on digital marketing than ever before. As a B2B marketing team for a performance marketing agency, we knew it was time to tap into our award-winning customer experience team to get the same exceptional website redesigns that we give to clients. But even with an in-house team, the project was not without its challenges. The website needed to speak to three distinct target audiences of Rise prospective clients: B2B, Consumer Products, and Consumer Services businesses. The user journey needed a seamless path to conversion with the right infrastructure set up to accurately monitor conversion rate. Most of all, as the face of the agency's work, the website launch needed to run flawlessly. As a result, the website has fantastic results only 45 days post-launch: -> 22% increase in Keywords Ranking #1-10 -> 138% more Pageviews YoY -> 12% decrease in Bounce Rate MoM post-launch
