Sprint and T-Mobile team up for winning results
ALL-STAR CREATIVE: THE TICKET TO BOOSTED ENGAGEMENT
THE TARGET
Current Sprint customers unaware or apprehensive about the T-Mobile and Sprint merger.
THE CHALLENGE
Drive engagement, primarily through Open Rates (OR) and Click To Open Rates (CTOR), with the new customer benefits provided by T-Mobile and Sprint’s merger.
THE ANSWER
A content strategy that puts the customer experience first. Subject line testing to ensure opens. Fun creative that inspired customers to interact with the offer and information. And to bring it home, engaging CTAs prompting customers to either open the T-Mobile Tuesday app or download it.
THE WORK
A striking, clean hero. A sleek design to heighten content modules and lead the eye. Expansive copy on the MLB.TV offer to excite customers about the new benefit at their fingertips—topped off with news of the improved network experience they’ll enjoy thanks to Sprint joining T-Mobile.
