AMCN website redesign brings conversions home
The AMCN site takes full flight
THE TARGET
Primary audience includes existing AirMedCare Network (AMCN) members as well as prospects looking for more information. Some will be coming from specific promotions or focused ads. Secondary audience includes urgent care and career-focused medical professionals.
THE CHALLENGE
As AMCN evolved, their website fell behind in addressing the needs of the business. The site looked and felt dated, wasn’t mobile-friendly, and didn’t position the brand well. The content was crammed into too-few pages and was poorly optimized for SEO. The messaging was unclear on what memberships offered, how the memberships worked, and which locations were covered. There was a lack of a cohesive experience for people coming to the site from marketing promotions, and the design was inconsistent between page sections.
Overall, the site lacked all the foundational elements including functionality, usability, SEO, and updated products/services information necessary to drive conversions of new memberships and renewals.
THE ANSWER
Redesign the entire AirMedCare Network site to increase traffic and drive conversions.
