This was an opportunity for Manulife to communicate our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.

The Video was for the OSPE Virtual Conference for Engineers Canada Association. The event had public figures, thought leaders, engineers, industry trailblazers and students together to focus on how to address barriers to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace by defining actionable solutions.

The concept of the video was simple: The literal steps to achieving diversity and inclusion can be measure by the steps we've taken as an organization.
