So interactive advertising platform true[X] provided the perfect canvas for Clayton Homes to highlight all of its offerings. true[X] created an engagement that allowed the user to see a before-and-after view of a Clayton Built® home using a sliding bar. The Prefabulous® guarantee is based on three brand pillars of style, quality, and affordability, so true[X] broke down the experience into smaller sub-stories as told through these three pillars in the form of interactive hotspots. Customers might have different reasons for being interested in a Clayton Built® home, so this unit -- which ran alongside premium, streaming video content on desktop, mobile, and connected TV -- guided them through different approaches via the hotspots. Each point had its own call to action that explained specific upgrades for each type of user. Only true[X]’s customizable canvas could allow for multiple paths like this, making the user experience more digestible and streamlining the overall brand story. Overall, the unit drove an average of 3.8 interactions and resulted in a 17% lift in Awareness. Walking users through the Prefabulous® brand story, true[X] highlighted pain points that only a Clayton Built® home could solve, offering solutions for customers on their own unique paths to purchase.
