Best Home Building Website

Tricar is one of Southwestern Ontario’s largest real estate development companies. The company specializes in building premiere high-rise buildings, offering both rentals and condominiums to residents. Across three decades, Tricar has built over 30 residential buildings, totalling over 7,000 units.

The company desired a new corporate website that would effectively address a manifold of influencing factors. They required the website to offer residential units to both prospective renters and condominium buyers. We mindfully departed from the common industry practice of building out community pages across multiple microsites, and instead, built an intuitive and sophisticated community page module that maintains the required branding flexibility; ample elements to describe the features and benefits of each building; and keeps all of their concrete offerings under one main corporate domain. And at 19 buildings across three cities in which they are offering units to the marketplace, we built a sophisticated community search module that aggregates and filters the buildings in a way that’s easy to use for website users.
