BP wants to build a diverse, high-quality global talent pipeline. To do this, it needs to engage with candidates, raise awareness of its brand and remain top-of-mind throughout the long decision-making process that graduates go through.

Our mission was to reach out to target audiences in the UK, US, Australia, Azerbaijan and Singapore. So, we needed a concept that appealed to the masses and conveyed universally that this is the most innovative and effective tool for students.

To reach its aim, BP commissioned the development of a tool that would position it as an ongoing educational aid; a brand that would be useful after a recruitment fair had left campus. Partnering with Smarty Train, BP created a suite of learning materials that would allow graduates to learn the skills necessary to future-proof their careers in a rapidly changing world. Housed on an online portal, the materials are a valuable learning aid that allow students to test themselves through interactive quizzes, build a map of where they fall on a scale of each skill, namely:

INNOVATION
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
COGNITIVE FLEXIBILITY

and track their progress as they improve on them.
