Nitro Circus tours the world every year. Initially, they experienced huge ticket sales success, but in recent years sales have been lackluster, causing them to consider pulling back on their tours. Art & Science conducted a state-of-the-art integrated digital marketing campaign, spanning social media, paid search and display platforms. Our client loved the fresh, data-driven approach we took to their digital marketing strategy. Looking at all aspects of Nitro Circus’ digital presence, we took advantage of partner integrations between Nitro’s digital platforms, ticketing vendors and their CRM system to create a feedback loop between engaged online fans and ticket purchasers. To grow the audience beyond just its loyal fanbase, we leveraged Facebook Audience Insights to identify prospective fans. Next, using response ads, we identified users with high purchase intent and formed audiences that would become the targeting focal point when tour dates approached.
