Lear Corporation is an impressive company. It’s one of the largest manufacturers of automotive seating and e-systems in the world and is ranked #148 on the Fortune 500 list. And yet, their social media presence was not conveying their prowess to OEMs, investors, and potential job candidates. So, Lear came to TMV with a challenge – use our social spaces to show the world what an innovative, global tier one supplier looks like. It’s a challenge TMV has fully embraced, employing a brand language in both art and copy to give Lear one voice in social, and creating content within multiple “buckets” (sustainability, product capability, employee stories, company news and culture, etc.) that comprehensively tell the story of a forward-thinking leader in the automotive space.
