Great Expressions Dental Centers is a national dental chain with more than 300 practices in nine states. TMV’s strategic approach was to create content centered around one timely season or event (take wedding season or back-to-school for example) and use those events as a hook to speak to different audiences about the services that appeal to them most. Each post would then be appropriately targeted and promoted to those individual audiences within those nine states, and always drove to the “Request an Appointment” feature on the brand website.
The other very successful type of post TMV employed for GEDC was infographics. TMV would present interesting dental health facts using a branded infographic style. Historically, these posts always garnered the greatest engagement as most people would discuss the topic at hand or comment about which “side” of the issue they happened to be on.
