Our canine companions deserve the very best — and Rachael Ray’s Nutrish knows this. They were looking for a way to showcase their variety and flavors of their natural treats for dogs. But with so many options, how were users to know what would best please their pup? The true[X] Ad Studio knew exactly what to do. Because no two dogs are the same, we came up with a quiz that helped users identify their dog’s personality, playfully pairing them with a Nutrish treat flavor.
true[X] knows from experience that personalization is a great way to drive consideration of a product, and here was a perfect opportunity to get creative with a dog personality quiz. We developed a quiz and subsequent product matching logic and results from scratch, leaning on the treat flavors and brand graphics for a unit that was fun, engaging, and easy to navigate.
Not only did this result in cute and whimsical creative, it empowered viewers with a better ad experience. Engagement units ran on true[X]’s premium on-demand television content partners like Fox Networks Group and Hulu. Viewers could choose to watch a full episode commercial-free by instead taking at least 30 seconds to learn more about Nutrish and its tasty canine delicacies.
This mobile engagement was really “best in show.” It had users drooling over Nutrish treats, spending an average of 44 seconds, with 4.4 average interactions.
