Best Real Estate Social Media Campaign

To assist in driving initial lease-up and connect with residents, the CRC Companies Creative team developed a social media campaign for Ten at Clarendon which leverages Facebook (facebook.com/tenatclarendon) and Instagram (@tenatclarendon). Posts on these platforms are image and video heavy, highlighting the building's unique features and finishes, special amenities, and community news, such as resident events and rent specials. Planned through a thoughtful editorial calendar, all imagery and captions on these platforms are carefully crafted to align with the building's forward-thinking brand, which was developed by creative agency HZ. These platforms were chosen because they connect the property best with its target demographic and allow Ten at Clarendon to thoughtfully engage neighborhood restaurants and businesses. To further leverage the use of these platforms and target lookalike audiences, Facebook and Instagram advertisements were used in conjunction with editorial posts. Those advertisements, which featured both video and high-quality imagery, reached over 62,000 unique viewers and resulted in over 5,300 actions taken over six months. Over the same six months, the Ten's Facebook and Instagram have driven over 3,000 sessions to the website and are both in the top five referring sources-Instagram is the fourth, Facebook is the fifth. As such, not only do these accounts build the Ten at Clarendon's brand on the Facebook and Instagram platform, but create a stronger web presence overall for the property. Ultimately, this social media campaign helped the property surpass financial models and reach over 70% occupancy within the first six months of opening.
