The Maven is a modern, unique hotel in the heart of downtown Denver set to open in the Spring of 2017. The Maven reached out to HeBS Digital to create a website that communicates their strong brand personality centered around providing authentic and curated experiences and is focused on driving direct revenue through the site. This brand new Denver hotel's main audience includes business and leisure travelers who are seeking authentic Denver experiences during their visit, a 35 – 55 demographic, and feeder markets including Colorado, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, LA, and NYC. We were able to build The Maven a stunning responsive website, which now hosts a pre-opening splash page (launched in December 2016) to generate awareness of the hotel opening. Upon the sites full launch in February 2017, the site will feature a rooms showcase module, “What’s Nearby” interactive map to reveal city attractions that guests of The Maven can easily walk to, a Press Room, Smart Booking Widget, Smart Personalization, and custom design layouts to showcase the brand. The Maven’s new website is powered by HeBS Digital’s award-winning, proprietary smartCMS® technology. The smartCMS® grants the property unrivaled control and allows them to manage 100 percent of the website’s visual, promotional and textual content with complete ease. With the smartCMS®, The Maven’s stunning new website accesses a variety of features and revenue-driving initiatives that can be enabled based on the property’s unique needs, including reservation abandonment applications to convert website visitors into bookers, and a Smart Booking Widget to encourage a reservation process that results in greater direct bookings.
