After looking into the buying patterns of our top customers, we realized that a number of our most loyal fans have never purchased some of our best-selling products. Since these are devoted customers who have grown to trust our suggestions, we saw this as an exciting opportunity to introduce them to top sellers that they have been missing out on. We created an email campaign, each email focusing on a top seller. To spark these customers’ interest we leveraged authentic, glowing customer reviews along with rich product descriptions that highlight our unique and effective ingredients. With social proof, enticing descriptions and beautiful design, who could resist?
With the goal of driving interest and conversions within this group of loyal customers, our Top Sellers Campaign was a success, with an opens rate 58% higher than average, a reads rate 75% higher than average, a conversation rate 94% higher than average, and a lift in average order value.
