For the long-awaited release of Alpine's new concept car, the Alpine Vision, a dedicated 30-person team, combining corporate and agency expertise, imagined and created an ecosystem combining event production, digital experience and social media. At the heart of this ecosystem is an editorialized tumblr/blog website featuring a unique promotional film made entirely from GIFs and signed by the young Norwegian-American director Johannes Greve Muskat. The website continues to offer regular updates and news reports for passionate fans, including additional digital experiences and creative collaborations with young photographers such as Amy Shore and Vincent Perraud.
The first results of the launch demonstrated the enthusiasm surrounding Alpine’s comeback: in only two days, more than 35 million contacts generated, more than 6 000 tweets in France and internationally, more than 50 000 views of the film on YouTube, 14 000 visitors on the dedicated website without counting the media impact in the press and on television in Europe and throughout the world.
