Accenture has been involved in some truly amazing projects. The problem was broadcasting this message in the right way. As part of their recruitment efforts, Accenture wanted innovative ways in which to start conversations about what they did and how they did it. Something that could span graduate and experienced hire audiences; stopping these people in their tracks before giving them a surprising and welcome experience. Our solution was three innovative installations that sat under the #UnexpectedAccenture umbrella campaign, but were flexible enough to be standalone pieces. All installations were placed in areas relevant to our target audience and were also key elements of both experienced hire and graduate recruitment events – providing a attractive draw and conversation starter that allowed even more Accenture people the chance to speak to potential candidates.
